Events management

We offer options for events management, working with client groups to provide conferences, workshops or activity days to fulfil their objectives.

This has included the following activities:

· Interviews with stakeholders through preliminary training sessions and evaluation meetings to determine key issues.

· Creation of a conference day for participants to discuss and develop ideas with clear action points and outcomes.

· Provision of conference support including venue selection, production of delegate packs, speaker and facilitator facilities, catering and logistics.

· Development of strategies to achieve specific objectives, organising and running seminars based upon research with groups, applying action competence principles to involve participants in developing and agreeing solutions.

· Development of activity days and one-off workshops for groups of people for clients wishing to engage in a specific issue.
